Thanks for inquiring about the Ziff Application Programming Interface (“Ziff API”) and Ziff App. Collectively, we refer to the terms below, and any applicable policies and guidelines as the “Terms”. By using the Ziff API and Ziff App, you agree to the Terms with Ziff Digital Ltd. If you disagree with any of these Terms, Ziff Digital Ltd does not grant you a license to use the Ziff API or access to the Ziff App.
These Terms are with: Ziff Digital Ltd, and Ziff Digital Ltd only; a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15827388 and has its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, 4096, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
a. Accepting the Terms. You may not use the Ziff API or Ziff App, and may not accept the Terms if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Ziff Digital Ltd.
b. Corporate Use. If you are accepting the Terms on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer, or the applicable entity, to the Terms; (ii) you have read and understand these Terms; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, to the Terms. If you don’t have the legal authority to bind your employer or the applicable entity, please do not use the Ziff API.
Ziff Digital Ltd does not represent or warrant that the Ziff API is free of inaccuracies, errors, bugs, or interruptions, or is reliable, accurate, complete, or otherwise valid. The Ziff API and Ziff App is provided “as is” with no warranty, express or implied, of any kind and Ziff Digital Ltd expressly disclaims any and all warranties and conditions, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title and/or non-infringement. Your use of the Ziff API or Ziff App is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage that results from the use of the Ziff API including, but not limited to, any damage to your computer system or loss of data.
Ziff Digital Ltd shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of, or in connection with, use of the Ziff API or Ziff App, whether based on tort (including negligence or otherwise), breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other pecuniary loss, whether or not Ziff Digital Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall Ziff Digital Ltd be liable to you for any amount.
